It looks like he will develop into one of the best Dutch dressage horses: Indian Rock. At only nine years old, he made a stunning impression at the World Dressage Championships in Herning last summer. And now he is preparing for the European Dressage Championships in Riesenbeck. Under Emmelie Scholtens, the Apache son excels in the most difficult exercises and dances through the court with great grace. Emmelie praises the stallion for his commitment and character. He got the looks from his father Apache, who also performed at the highest level under Emmelie Scholtens. On his mother's side he carries the valuable blood of dressage king Vivaldi. Since he was a young horse, Indian Rock has managed to get all eyes on him, from champion of the KWPN Stallion Inspection, victories in stallion competitions to a top ranking at the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses and now the very highest level.

The Belgian mare Kayenne van Ter Burcht is a daughter of the foundation stallion De Niro. This Grand Prix stallion is the basis of several Olympic horses and is the sire of more than 60 approved stallions. The German dressage star Desperados is one of his most successful offspring. This De Niro son won a series of medals at the Olympic Games, European and World Championships under the saddle of Kristina Sprehe. With Welt Hit I O as grandmother's sire, the proven Grand Prix genes are piling up in An Indian Star van de Zaffelaarse Velden. Welt Hit I O was the first of six full brothers to be approved and despite being less used than his famous brother Welt Hit II, he has produced several Grand Prix horses. The mother's line continues with the Hauptstutbuch mare Espe (by Ehrensold) and the state premium mare Romantika (by Romadour II). This mare is a half-sister of the mother of the legendary Florenstan I.
